Hamburg, May 25th 2021 – Following a successful implementation phase, HIH Real Estate (HIH) and TOWER360 are deepening their partnership by signing a multi-year license agreement. The technology company TOWER360 has digitized HIH’s letting and asset management processes, resulting in increased collaboration between departments (e.g., property management and legal departments) and with third-party service providers.

Ken Kuhnke, Head of Letting Management and Member of the Executive Board of HIH Real Estate, said, “The TOWER360 platform allows us to streamline the entire letting and asset management processes of HIH Real Estate on a unified end to end platform, from vacancy management to modelling lease proposals through approvals, including the automatic generation of complex commercial lease agreements. Closing leases has become thereby much more efficient.”

Florian Schnieder, Project Manager for Digitization of the HIH Group, said, “The collaboration with TOWER360 was a success from the start. Thanks to a user-friendly interface and intuitive workflow management system, the TOWER360 platform could adapt to the specific requirements of HIH. TOWER360 seamlessly integrates with other existing digital platforms using standardized APIs.”
