Die „Digital Top 10“ Auswertung in der Immobilienbranche wird seit 2017 jährlich von der Handelszeitung und dem Schweizer Immobilien-Beratungsunternehmen pom+ publiziert, bei dem es jedes Jahr einen anderen Themenschwerpunkt gibt. Unter anderem Referenzprojekte, innovative Prozesse oder Tools welche die Immobilienbranche vorantreiben.

Die pom+ haben in der „Digital Top 10“ Ausgabe 2018 die 10 besten Immo Tools der Schweizer Immobilienwirtschaft ausgewählt. Unteranderem Tower360, Credit Suisse (Allthings & Siemens Schweiz AG), SWISS RE und SBB Immobilien.

Tower360 hat dabei eine Plattform vornehmlich für Investoren die mehr als 1Mrd.€ Assets under management verwalten entwickelt. Wincasa und Swiss Prime Site haben diese Plattform im vierten Quartal 2017 implementiert. Diese Plattform wird im Asset-, Vermietungs- und Center- Management eingesetzt, sodass durch eine proaktive Verwaltung die Leerstände signifikant reduziert werden und sich neue Mietgesuche wesentlich effizienter abwickeln. Tower360 wird durch ein neu entwickeltes Marketing-Modul in Zukunft auch die Kommunikation, das Branding und die Kundeninteraktion voranbringen.
